Using Tonada

You may use Tonada for your own learning. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, and don't use it to break the law or disrupt the service.

Accounts

You can learn without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe. You must be at least 13.

Subscriptions

• The seven-day trial is granted in the app, needs no card and does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
• Monthly and annual plans are billed by Apple or Google through your store account.
• Plans renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Content

Lessons, audio and explanations are written with care and checked, but they may contain mistakes. Tell us at support@tonadaapp.com and we will fix them.

Liability

Tonada is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also rely on the law and courts of where they live.
